Using the site
PreGoYa provides free cultural travel guides and a paid downloadable PDF. The content is for general guidance: customs vary by region, family, and individual — always follow local cues on the ground. We are not liable for decisions made based on the guides.
Your purchase
The World Traveler Guide is a digital product. When you buy it, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to read, print, and keep the PDF for your own travel use. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the file.
Refunds
Because the guide is digital and delivered instantly, it is generally non-refundable. If something is wrong with your download — corrupted file, wrong product, duplicate charge — contact us and we will make it right.
Copyright
All text and site design are © PreGoYa. Country photographs are sourced from Wikimedia Commons under CC or public-domain licenses, with attribution requirements noted in our repository.
Taxes
Depending on your country, VAT or sales tax may be added at checkout by our payment provider (Dodo Payments), who calculates and remits it where required.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
