What we collect
PreGoYa is a content site. We do not require an account and we do not ask for personal information to browse the free country guides. When you purchase the World Traveler Guide, the payment is processed by our payment provider (Dodo Payments). We receive only the minimum order details needed to deliver your purchase — we never see or store your full card number.
Analytics
We use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to understand which pages are useful. This data is anonymous and cannot be used to identify you personally.
Cookies
The site itself sets no tracking cookies. Our payment provider may set cookies strictly necessary to process checkout and prevent fraud.
Third-party services
Payments are handled by Dodo Payments under their own privacy policy. Purchases may be subject to VAT or sales tax, which the payment provider calculates and remits where required.
Your choices
You can browse the entire free section without sharing anything. To review or delete order-related data, contact us and we will help where the law allows.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update this page with a new effective date.
